Log in to or create an account on the McD App. All registered app users are automatically enrolled in the Mekdi Superfans Program. Just place orders to kickstart your Mekdi Superfans journey.

Accumulate the minimum required number of orders (with a min. spend of RM10 in a single receipt) within the same month to unlock your Superfans Status for the following month. The minimum required orders are 1 order for Bronze, 3 for Silver, 5 for Gold & 7 for Platinum.

Your Superfans Status and Rewards cannot be carried over. Both will reset on the 5th of every month.

While you still can enjoy your current Superfans Rewards, your Superfans Status refreshes on the 5th of every month. Don't lose your momentum – keep ordering to lock in your Status or level up to the next and continue enjoying rewards.

Your Superfans Rewards will be automatically added to your McD App account on the 5th of every month. You can find them under the "Rewards" tab in the McD App.

Your Super Bonus Points will be automatically credited to your account when you place your 1st order of the month starting on the 5th of every month.

The FREE product reward is automatically added to your account in the McD App under the “Rewards” tab for eligible Platinum members. It can be redeemed once per month.

Head over to the Superfans page to view your tracker in the Progress section.

To ensure you're seeing the latest rewards, please refresh your McD App by closing and reopening the app.

Your Status & Rewards are valid from the 5th of each month to the 4th of the following month.

Each Super Discount deal can only be redeemed once per month. Maintain or upgrade your status each month to get access to exclusive Super Deals every month.

Super Cashback allows users to redeem loyalty points in exchange for reward coupons for purchases made through the McD App.

The Super Cashback reward is only available for selected status and are refreshed monthly. The updated benefits for each status are as indicated in the McD App - Mekdi Superfans page.

Super Cashback can be redeemed with all orders placed using the McD App except McDelivery.

All benefits are valid up to the end of the respective current month from the time of redemption. Users are highly recommended to complete their transactions immediately after redeeming their rewards.

Super Rewards are the rewards where you unlock a special deal in exchange for your loyalty points e.g., redeem 250 points to get access to RM1 Sundae cone deal. Users are entitled to enjoy one (1) deal per redemption.

Users will be entitled to bonus points as per their status on the first order starting from the 5th of the month. This is only applicable to users whose birthday details are available in the McD App account.

These are limited time activations. Exact details about merch, special events, and eligibility as per Mekdi Superfans status will be communicated closer to the actual activation dates. Stay tuned.
